Rockpool is consistently excellent. The service is professional, the dining room is stylish and comfortable. The steaks are nailed, cooked on charcoal, which imparts a rich smokiness, served simply, they let the meat shine. They have a quality selection of mostly dry aged steaks to choose from. I had the David Blackmore dry aged 9+ eye chuck. Which was delicious, super tender and extremely fatty, a unique experience for a special occasion. It's very hard to be dissatisfied dining at Rockpool, it's very expensive, but highly recommended.
