My meal at The Meat and Wine Co was disappointing. The O'Connor New Yorker I had was only seared on one side, searing on both sides is a minimum expectation for a good steak. It provides one of the few opportunities to build flavour in a steak. The dining room was beautiful, but extremely loud where it was almost impossible to have a clear conversation with the person opposite. The sides which we ordered were disappointingly lacking in flavour. Overall not recommended for a good steak dinner in Perth.
